Crystal healing is a gentle yet powerful way to activate energy flow within the body and tap into our innate healing abilities. This practice helps calm the nervous system, enhances our capacity to process emotions, and clears negativity and fatigue from our system. Crystals work on all levels—mind, body, and spirit—and their unique healing properties are connected to the principles of sacred geometry. The crystals I use have been specially charged in a temple space over many years, contributing to their potent effects.

Receiving a crystal healing session feels like having multiple healers supporting you simultaneously. The session includes a 45-minute deep relaxation crystal healing, complemented by sacred incantations at the end, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Additionally, a crystal reading can be included or booked as a separate session.
