What is the connection between spirituality and creativity?

I've always sensed a strong link between the two, though accessing it hasn’t always been straightforward. Creativity can be a powerful way to process emotions and explore the ideas we hold within. Often, what we create mirrors our inner selves, revealing insights we might not expect. Art becomes a window into the soul, offering us a glimpse of our inner world. At the same time, it can also be a gateway to something beyond us. What happens when we step aside and let inspiration flow? Can we open ourselves to something larger than our personal experiences and allow a deeper force to guide our creativity?

With this in mind, I’ve created an online course called Intuitive Creative Processes. Over four 1-hour sessions, we will explore approaches to spirituality, play, ritual, and embodiment in creative practice. Through meditations, shared tools, and ritual practices, we’ll reconnect with the divine, enhancing well-being and nurturing creativity. These sessions are designed to help unlock your creative potential and offer support when feeling stuck or blocked in the process.
